STEP 1.

A FizzPro and a FizzTern will meet with clients to determine where they’ve been, where they are, and where they want to be. Logistics for data access will be determined.
STEP 2.
ASSESS
The FizzViz team will consume client data and goals to determine an appropriate path toward actionable insight.
STEP 3.
CREATE
FizzViz, working with the client, will assemble visualizations that best convey information to stakeholders so it can be consumed and processed.
STEP 4.
EXECUTE
Live data visualizations will be rolled out among stakeholders.
STEP 5.
TAKE ACTION
Working with clients, FizzViz will analyze data to determine whether a client’s current path is appropriate or a new path is required.
STEP 6.
ITERATE
FizzViz reviews, adapts, revises, and relaunches.
